"I would like to bring to State Farm attention that Taya and Robert are the best employees that a company could ever have. Every times I come into the office both Robert and Taya greets me with so much love. That making me feel so happy when I come to pay my bill. Even when I’m sad and going through a lot in life, I forget about it all, and I find myself smiling with the biggest smile. It feels like I’m leaving all my stress behind me and leaving it with them and I’m sorry for that. Robert and Taya don’t talk to me like just someone paying bills like a customer no they make me feel like family always seeing how they can help me even more. That’s what every business should train their employees to act like and if they do, they can find themselves with even more business. I don’t know how Christina Gonzalez is training them, but everyone needs to be trained like this. Thumbs up for Christina Gonzalez, Taya and Robert. I think you all for being who you are and your attitude. It means the world to me and my daughter I feel safe knowing that State Farm is by my side."

"Ana Malaj is the best that I had ever dealt with. When I am upset of a bill that I can’t afford she always finds a way to calm my soul down and that is very hard to do. Ana greets me with the most beautiful smile and talks to me with kindness. Not a lot of people do that most of the time they just want your money and just say goodbye but not her. Ana ask me how’s my day going and that means a lot to me. We all need more people like her and just maybe the world would be a better place. Do you understand what I’m saying.
